Real Madrid bid 160 million euros for Mbappe

Press reports revealed, on Tuesday, that Real Madrid took the first step to officially contract with French star Kilian Mbappe.

According to the Spanish and French media, the Spanish capital club provided 160 million euros to the French club in order to obtain the services of Kylian Mbappe.

Spain's Marca said the move was a first step by Real, who have long had their sights on the 22-year-old World Cup-winner who scored 42 goals in all competitions for PSG last season and has reportedly said he wants to move to Spain.

Mbappe's offer with Paris Saint-Germain ends in the summer of 2022, and reports indicated that Real Madrid's offer is reasonable, especially since he will be able to negotiate with the player after 4 months and obtain his services for free next summer.

The Spanish “Marca” explained that negotiations are open between the two clubs, and Paris Saint-Germain knows officially from Real Madrid that the Spanish club wants the French striker.
