Corona virus: Does the Vaccine Affect Fertility?

As the stages of vaccination against the Corona virus approached young age groups, some had concerns about the effect of the vaccine on fertility, pregnancy, and lactation. So what do the experts say?

According to BBC health correspondent Philippa Roxby, there is no evidence that vaccines cause fertility problems in men or women.

Experts say there is no realistic way for the vaccine to affect fertility, and claims to the contrary on social media are misleading.

Receiving the vaccine means introducing a harmless portion of the virus' genetic material into the body. The vaccine cannot infect you with COVID-19, or affect your DNA in any way.

The only thing going on in your body is that your immune system is on fire, preparing to protect you from future encounters with the virus.
