The death toll from the new Corona virus in Italy increased during the last day, with more than 300 deaths and 15 thousand new infections.
Today, Saturday, the Italian Ministry of Health announced that 310 deaths and 15,370 new cases of coronavirus had been recorded during the past 24 hours, compared to 429 deaths and 15,943 infections the previous day.
16,484 patients had recovered from the virus in the country during the last day.
The total number of corona infections recorded in Italy since the beginning of the pandemic has become three million and 857,443 confirmed cases, including 116,676 deaths, 505,308 active cases, and three million and 235,459 recoveries.
